This is the third year in a row that we have cooked for Vicky and her friends. This time it was Michelle's Hen Weekend at the lovely Villa Cano. 21 girls were celebrating the event. On Friday we delivered a Buffet consisting of Several Salads , Poached Salmon and Chicken in tomato and basil sauce.With Eton Mess and Vanilla Cheesecake for Dessert. On Monday it was an 80's theme and we cooked them a sit down 3 course Dinner. All went down very well. Fabulous girls who really know how to party.
